Cheapest way to send a ramp to the US ?

I have a ramp that someone in the US is interested in. By the time its packed up it is over 80cm in length. Really struggling to find any economical options - crazy quotes from the usual companies. Anything from £60 to well over £100 !

Anyone have any advice ?

Second parcel to go, and also second not taking their insurance. If you do want to insure, these people are worth a look https://www.secursus.com/en-gb/. Not have to claim from them so it's half recommendation, but they seem to do ok on Trustpilot.

Yep.Tried that. Still getting £80+ quote

Cheapest I have found just now using Parcelhero site is UPS £62

Guess it depends how desperately the guy wants the ramp.

I recently used parcel money to have a package collected in the US and shipped to UK, so may well be a different price point, but a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ box weighing at 80lbs cost $320 v arranging in the US was $1300, it came by DHL.

I know not the same situation but no harm in checking it out.

85 x 35 x 25 cm

Prob over 1 kg when all well packed up - some metal guides going in too

UPS on their website is about £75 so if you have a £62 quote using them, then I'd say that is good value.

Parcel to go are cheaper, but when you look at what’s excluded if you need to claim.. it’s a joke.
