Assume that's made of steel. Aluminium would be far more expensive. So for something as big as that which only weighs 14.8kg and supposedly has a 150kg max load, at this price .... I'd be very wary about using it with heavier machines. SuperPins, or ones which exceed the stated weight such as WOZ, Hobbit and TBL.
Though it doesn't state it here, for tri-wheel dollys, all the reputable ones I've seen, the load for climbing or descending is typically half to two thirds of the rated max weight ... so yeah, I'd be doubly cautious.
