CFTBL Playfield GI Issue

I have mentioned this before to a few people and either I can't remember what we discussed or we never came to a conclusion.

CFTBL has an odd playfield GI issue. Sometimes (more often now), the slingshots are not lit. Then during a longer game they can become lit but you notice that the lights around the roll over targets are now out.
Removing, Reseating J120 made a difference a few times but not for long and not anymore. Sometimes it makes the roll overs come back but the sling shots go out.
I am sure I read that J120 and J121 on the board are wired the same, just as well as I think J120 is where J121 is plugged. Both have been swapped and reseated etc and the issue is still there.

Before I re-pin new connectors to both and put a new header on the otherwise original board, is there any tests I can do to confirm the issue?

How about the short ribbon connector? I've had GI issues before thanks to that. Although that was generally mixed in with resets and coils not working.
Might be worth a shot

You could do a continuity test at each pin on the J120 then jiggle the wires around at the slingshot and all the way back up to J120 to see where the problem is.

Continuity is fine from all testing. It seems like there is not enough power to light both areas, other areas appear to work.
I will double check and re-seat the short ribbon connector. I haven't done that one yet.
