CFTBL Left Speaker Working Only

Original sound board had a burn out so replaced it with a PinSound. Now only the left speaker works.

Do you think the ribbon cable would cause this issue!
Maybe the blue capacitor (?) By the tweeter right) speaker?

Thoughts before I take off a ribbon from the shadow to try but know how brittle they get after 20 years+

Check connections are good at speaker and at sound board.Reseating output connector from sound board worth a go.
Measure resistance of the speaker with a multimeter. If open circuit it will not work.
Also follow cable in bbox from speaker to your sound board in case there are any inline connectors, again if so check connections are good

Only have had one ribbon dodgy after owning dozens of games.Plenty of issues where just reseating a ribbon has helped tho

Think I broke this when I was adding LEDs to the speaker panel!
