I've got a Capcom CPU (from a FF) that's not happy - LED1 and LED2 come on and stay on - I think LED2 is blipped from the CPU, so I wonder whether it's having trouble booting. I've put it in a BBB (just connecting two power board connectors) and it's the same, so I don;t think it's PSU related. Anyone any ideas ? Does anyone have any detailed schematics for Capcoms - the ones in the manuals are all connector related and don;t show CPU wiring, well not that I've seen.
I guess I could swap over u16 and see if that's the issue, but I wonder whether it's more fundamental than that, maybe like a reset line stuck.
