Can anyone program HM7643 ?

This is the prom for gottlieb system 80 sound board. My programmer can't do it. Or in case you have one programmed, I need one for 668 black hole.

Next day clearing out the inside of devils dare and found the exact chip I needed languishing in the debris. - typical
