Cabinet Decals vs Stencils

This may have been covered before but cant find anything.

What is the opinion of cabinet decals versus stencils on a early 80s Bally machine that was original probably screen printed?

Terrible fade on mine and would like to get it looking good.

At the moment yes. Can only find stencils so it might be a mute point but wondering about future potential restos as well

For early 80's Bally games like Elektra, stencils is the way to go as this was how it was done at the factory Pinball Pimp make the best stencils but looking on their site I can't see Elektra so you might have to go with another company...just be wary of quality.
