Check for Wear and tear to your Pintable Rear cabinet Transport Rubbing rails.

These are the two wood rails which take the load when you fold and up-end your pin for transport.

Time passes, pintables get moved in and out of vans, over concrete, rocked over un-even surfaces resulting in wear and damage to the four small original white nylon knock-in glides ,.... then the two wood rails get chewed-up....... then the rear of the cabinet de-laminates!!!!! (Some Data East dont even have the wood rails!!!!)

Its easy enough to replace like for like with sacraficial nylon glides..... but I use knock in 16mm metal dome furniture glides for durability.

Also available at your local ironmonger.

We all know how pintable transport should be..... but the metal domes deal best on the"odd" occasion brute strength is applied. Check this area after and ensure the glides are all still in-place, replace as necessary.
