I know most of the pins we know and love are American, I but wondered if back in the 50's/60's there were any British manufacturers? Also, were all the machines of the 90's revival made in the US and shipped over or were any made under license in Europe?
 
Bally Wulff was in Germany and made 80's Ballys. I believe there was similar in Ireland but can't substantiate that (Gary Flower could tho)
 
Cheers for the info. I thought there might be someone like Electrocoin doing their own version, but pins are a bit more fiddly than arcade games.
 
have a look on the IPDB - there are a list of manufacturers - dates they were in business and their location
