Was kept in the safe the day it arrived.

Yes I have this one and had 3 others which I sold.
I got the call for a Rolex Rootbeer which I now have.
It's been the only way to get one, it took 4 years and buying a watch every year to finally get a call from them.
I don't even have the paper work for the Rolex, they keep it for 12 months to stop people flipping them which is a good thing.

I was told that legally they can't keep the paperwork from you especially if the watch is payed for and not on finance. Happy to be corrected.

It makes no difference haw you pay and they ask you before you make payment that you agree to collect paperwork in 12 months.
