Baywatch Loud Bang On Turn On

Sometimes when I switch on it comes on with a really loud bang and at other times it turns on quite quietly. Why would there be such a difference just in switching on.

Nothing to worry about . Like Sys 11 Williams on start up sometimes a solenoid fires … the knocker for example . Not sure why but they do

If it's the knocker you could just disconnect the solenoid too, many people do as it can be annoying/heart-attack inducing

I would but I like the knocker.
