bally squawk and talk led replacement

the squawk and talk led in my flash gordon has stopped working im getting no flashes at all,but the board still works fine,does anyone know the voltage of these please for me to buy a replacement to fit?

any old led will do, but may not be the led, could be the q1 transistor that drives it, or could be U11 PIA that's playing up (more unlikely as rest of it seems to be working)

mate you were bang on,swapped out the 2n3904 and now the led flashes again,thanks
