Bad Vibrations...

So on my MM I seem to have an earthing issue where the lockdown bar (and any adjoining metal) gives you a slight buzz when rubbing your hand on it whilst touching an adjacent pin's lockdown bar.
I know it's earthing related, however not sure where to start - they are both powered from the same socket (which is of course earthed) - I could just bond the metal again to earth, however suspect it's due to something else as i seem to get a good continuity between earth and the metalwork itself.

Suspecting there may be a single cause to this. Any suggestions on how to localise?? :D

Yes - Doesnt happen on anything else - just between MM and any other single machine on the same outlet - if i touch STTNG and one of the fruities next to it it's fine, however whenever MM is included i get the bad vibrations.... so localised to just that machine :D

EDIT : Thinking about it, it did this in my old place too, so deffo not a feed issue...more of a machine issue...

Will try to find my Martindale tester today to check the earths on the extensions etc. I seem to have approx 3.5v AC between all the items connected.... (oops!!)

There's some machines onsite where if I touch metal bits on different machines with each hand, I get an actual shock...

I have a similar issue, seems to be a fairly common one then? What's the solution? The cabs all seem to be grounded ok?
