Hi
I have a row of bulbs out on the batman forever (sega) backbox lighting. Traced the wires back to a 9 pin connector that has overheating marks on. Noticed the 3 bottom wires have been soldered out. I think the problem is with the white/brown wire port. Anyone else have this problem with c8? Tried looking for the connector but have no idea what it is or where to find this. I think its a 0.156 9pin.
Any help appreciated

I do. Also check the ppb board bottom left PCb. Lighting also passes through here for fusing. Both input and output connectors can be similarly scorched.

Over the medium term, consider some led lights. These have a lower power consumption so will allow things to run cooler

I know that purists do not believe in LEDs, and I would love to go along with that view, I look in my games and see overheated boards in just one place - the lighting circuits.
