These things are a great & easy way to get 12v power from your Stern machine to a DIY whiteboard with LEDs on.
You can control the brightness for attract mode (generally brighter) and gameplay (generally dimmer) and it fades nicely between the 2.
Bought 5 ages ago, plus some LED strip (link) and perfectly sized white mountboard, then finally fitted about 3 of those 5 recently (provoked by LOTR florescent giving up).
The lighting is better, far more even. you can even make it turn off automatically while you're playing.
Anyway, they're on discount from $28 > $18.
