Got a customer with a Williams Flash not delivering a ball from outhole. They dismantled the contacts to clean them but looking at photo not sure they have refitted properly. They will be paying for the repair, they are calling me tomorrow so I can take them through the diagnostic switch test, however they have it in an arcade so need a local tech for any future repairs / servicing anyway. If it’s resolved over phone tomorrow (or not) I’ll give them contact info for anyone that can provide tech support / responds to me
