Any Airsofter's in the house?

Just wondering if there's anybody on here that does Airsoft? I seem to have aquired a number of these gas blowback items for use in motion capture filming and now I'm starting to think it might be fun to use them for their intended purpose....is it fun? Or is it just a bunch of geeky kids getting annoyed at each other?

That was the main question I had really.....how much does it hurt? Paintballing really hurts but some of these Airsoft SMG's are firing at well over 1000 rounds per minute!

A direct hit at fairly close range hurts quite a bit if you're not wearing three jumpers and it leaves a mark. I would say it's a bit worse than paintball in my experience but there are different powered guns in both sports.
