Advice/tip needed - what’s the scratch/snap free way to remove these?

I’ve bought a new speaker panel for my ToTAN (it’s gold oooh!).

I need to swap the components over from the old none gold one - what’s the best way to get these clips off?

I used a car trim remover that I had - second from the right.

Just get a pick and bend the lugs up then prise off you won’t get a trim removal tool under them
