Hi, stripping Rufus some more and loads of greasy mechs. Thought I would invest in a sonic cleaning bath.

Got any links recommends, warnings or big ups for a brand make please?

Thanks

I’ve tried a few different ones that I bought off Amazon for between £80 and £120 including machines by DK Sonic and Greensen.. They are all of shocking quality and are either dead on arrival or stop working after using them about 3 times.. To be honest there are many different budget ones for sale and they all look similar apart from the branding so perhaps they are all made in the same factory in China.. Don’t bother with them..

I eventually settled on a Draper one which was given to me by a friend who worked at Tool Station. He said that they are very reliable and the one he gave me is still working a treat. Draper ultrasonic cleaners are made in China (as are De Walt power tools - who knew?), but the quality is defo much better. They are about double the price of the cheapo ones but you get what you pay for….

Hope that helps.
