For sale ac dc pro sold AS IS with honest description but expect to do some cleaning and minor repairs
Cab is pretty nice some wrinkles round the legs and a few small marks no coin door lock
Playfield does have some wear around the pop bumper area and on inserts around Angus face right ramp has damage at the entrance and the lightning bolts have a novel repair on them
I played a few games and it played really well cannon worked perfectly playfield has full led with comet gi
Boards look nice and Flo tube works nice display
Manual goody bag and Allen key present

Great game, if it wasn't for Angus' face blown up on the playfield I'd take the pro over my premium as I feel the lower playfield is just a gimmick.

I put the Luci overlay on @steve brum 's AC/DC pro - looked so much better.
You miss a ramp but the pro is great fun - especially at £3K - shocked it has not gone.
Disable the mini playfield if you do not like it.....
If I was not doing my Vpin build (that is sucking up money) - I would of had this.

Just to be clear, I hate heavy metal and soft rock music but I absolutely love Stern AC/DC based entirely on my experiences of playing the Pro and Premium versions on my virtual pinball machine.

I prefer the playfield artwork on the premium and the train cover on the left ramp, the drop downs instead of the stand ups, the moving band members on the top of the right ramp and the pivoting bell but I have to agree with Phil that the under playfield is a gimmick (plus really hard ) and also I anticipate more problems with the Premium than the Pro because of the extra solenoids and associated board work that could result.

I would, without a doubt, go even deeper in to my overdraft and drive round tomorrow to buy this off Chris if there were not so many other machines on the VP I built that I love and were prepared to sell it to fill the OD dint that would result so my advice to anyone teetering is to buy it now because I am on the brink!

I have tried to stay away from the pm method before people see it due to I used to get about 10 for a pin nobody has seen pm ing 10 people individually is time consuming and 80% may not even want it
I am trying to offer these pins at the right price so people can buy them clean repair and enjoy them and hopefully loose no money when they sell it on
So I think the fairest option is list with an honest description and pics yes if I know you and have dealt with you before this does trump someone I don’t know asking loads of questions
At these prices I like to work on a yes I will have it pay for it basis and it’s on Martin’s van in a few days or you can collect in person
I have a pinball dealer desperate to buy the ac dc but would rather sell to a group member but if it’s not sold by Friday then it will go to the dealer

I think most people around here think that the prices at which you offer the games are better than fair. That's why they get sold in seconds when you put them up. Thank you for doing so.

Not to keep the point rolling, but it is a fair one - all this needs is some new rubbers, some playfield cleaner, a good wax, and I think it'd be an excellent game for £3,250 once you have included new balls, rubbers, LEDs, etc, it'll come up a treat and is a SUPERB game for the price. I am so so so busy at the moment, that this just isn't viable now - if I get a game in I need to be able to walk up to it and play it, but there is nothing better than taking a game like this and turning it into something really nice.

GLWS, someone get it quick.

Was soooo close to persuading the missus, such a good deal but will be a shame have to miss this one, really love AC/DC the pin.

In fact, I just received the new AC/DC album....on cassette!!

I once removed my backbox from my STTNG which is far more complicated.

I took lots of photos first and got myself into a right muddle.

@CHRIS B PINBALLS phoned me up and talked me through it and it was far easier than I thought.

That was a 27 year old complicated machine though, this will be far easier.

Just to reinforce some of the views expressed here - I think AC/DC remains one of Stern's top pins in all it's many variations, but for me the Pro gives a much more exciting game than the Premium. Don't get blinded by all the extras on the Premium, they look good but don't improve the game - not for me anyway - they just slow it down, and that lower playfield is....

Is there something to protect/cover Angus in the middle also?
