My name is Louis and I joined yesterday. Pinball info has been recommended to me by a number of people here at Pinfest 2024. I own four machines (all EM): Fortune (Recel 1975), Majic City (Williams 1967), Fireball (Bally 1972), and Air Aces (Bally 1975). I would like whoever is in charge of booking next year’s event to let me know when the rooms come up because this year I have paid £413.00 for three nights which is exorbitant. I booked the room in March. TTFN.
 
Yeah hi. I live up near Roundhay Park. Off Easterly Road. It took me nearly five hours to drive down to Pinfest yesterday.
 
Yeah, I was in conversation on Friday night and he said you host the northern section of the UK Pinball League or something. It may not have been you, but I remember Rawdon being mentioned.

I've hosted one of the Northern League meets. There are 6 meets per year - generally one a month Jan - June.

Not so many EM owners on here so an extra welcome from a fellow EM guy. Currently got a mixed bag SS & EM. Bought a Magic City recently for a full Winter restore.

Mine’s awaiting repair and a repaint (although it does work it’s just that the playfield should be making more noise than it should ie bells should sound/ring). I have arranged for it’s repair.
 
Sounds like an easy fix. Is it a pal that’s helping or trade? Don’t want to do someone out iof wages. You can dm me if you want
 
It’s a guy called Doug who runs The Vintage Pinball Company. He’s doing three machines for me. Thank you for the offer though.
 
I’m in Northants. I don’t do house calls😉nor do I go North anyway as I don’t like the beer😂 Happy to keep in touch.
 
As I type this I’m on my way home (to Leeds) from Pinfest. I’m at a services just outside Northampton. Yeah it’ll be good to stay in touch.
 
Hi I’m just driving home to Leeds. I enjoyed it although there weren’t as many EM’s as I was hoping but nonetheless good fun.
