90s Bally/Williams Pinballs Conversion to 120v

Hello,

Does someone know what needs to be done electrically, if I bring my UK 90s Bally/Williams pinball to Canada?

I calculated the financial cost of moving it to Canada, and as long as it's not more then £500, it's worth the conversion.

just need to change the primary tappings on transformer Molex, change the VDR to a 110V, double the primary fuse in Amps and fit Canadian wall plug
Only maybe £10 in parts

Isn't the VDR/Varistor/Transient Arrestor actually rated a little above the nominal (RMS) supply voltage? True, one for the u.k., which I think may be rated at 275V, wouldn't be particularly effective on a 110V supply, but exactly 110 or 120V wouldn't suit, either. The requirement for usa/Canada is more likely to be in the range of 140- 175V.
