7/8” diameter inserts

Ok, probably an easy question to answer, but I have a Gottleib Golden Arrow and it has yellow 7/8“ dia inserts. I’ve tried everywhere but nobody has them and some suppliers even say that this insert never existed !
dies anyone have any suggestions where to obtain them ?

The PB resource people only offer this size in white.
