Wanted 2114-45 1k x4 ram chips (Williams ic13/16)

2114-45 1k x4 ram chips (Williams ic13/16 on black knight) needed

My ic16 has gone bad (my fault due to stupid mistake) and it would seem that I’m having trouble getting the correct 1k x4.

Does anyone have some they could part with (4 or 5 would be good) or can provide me some details for a readily available alternative?
