I would like to receive your opinions about this beautiful Locomotion that has just been restored.
Initially purchased with a carpet covering, the work of the former owner who had opted for this choice.

The cabinet and back cabinet have been completely stripped and professionally repainted matching the original colours used by Zaccaria. The webbing was meticulously created using a compressor gun. While the original artwork was screen printed and finished with a layer of transparent varnish.

The locomotion had been idle for quite some time, and its electronic components had corroded.
The CPU Board has been replaced, and in the power supply, the capacitors and connectors have been changed, as they were deteriorated.
The positive aspect was the playfield covered in dust but still in good condition. After a thorough cleaning and an application of wax, it has regained its shine.
This Locomotion pinball machine comes with full LED lighting and new targets.

That has got to be the nicest locomotion on the planet, beautiful work on that cab! 😍😍

That's stunning. Our Locomotion isn't bad but it's got signs it's lived a hard life. Broken plastics and plenty of wear.

Were you just lucky to have no broken plastics?

Nice to see another Locomotion in the UK. I wonder how many there are

I've got 1 on my books so with yours there's at least 3? Must be some hidden somewhere

Unfortunately, the Locomotion you see here is en route to Houston, USA. An American collector purchased it while it was still being restored. I have 2 more undergoing restoration in Italy. If I don't sell them before, I'll bring them here to London.

Yes, I have the same issue with two other Locomotion pinball machines. They have some broken or damaged plastic parts. We're planning to remake them, since we also have other Zaccaria Pinball machines undergoing restoration. One of them is Black Belt, which faces the same issue of damaged plastic parts. I'd be glad to stay in touch, and if the project succeeds, I'll keep you informed.

If you might be interested, we are also restoring the playfields of the Locomotion. If yours is in poor condition, we would be happy to assist you in bringing it back to its former glory.
