Label says it was working in 2015 with input and outputs correct. No idea which machines it fits. What is in the pics is what you get. Numbers are 158-5797 and 37-7901

weighes over 6kg so its a courier job. £60 inc courier to most of the UK. More for highlands etc.
 
If it's any help, this looks to be a transformer from the early solid-state era, mounted in the lower r/h corner of the light box. As such, it'll suit games up to and including Black Knight, which saw Williams change to fitting the transformer in the cabinet. It should still be okay for later games, up to the point where 50v solenoid power was introduced
