What LED's?

Just following on from Neil's generous offer, I always though cointaker was the LED of choice.

I've just done my T2 in cointaker and it looks pretty damn amazing. Admittedly, I've only spent 10 minutes playing it but initially I'm happy.

So.....a little poll. Which do you prefer?

So I voted for comet but I've used all of the above and they all work well.

I only have LEDs on one machine supplied by our fellow forum supporter @PinballDaze. I know nowt about LEDs but am happy with them - others more knowledgeable on here say they're particularly good for GI.

Anyways he's always a pleasure to deal with and posts them for a quid

Maybe pinball led should do comet style leds? They seem to be the leds of choice

Don't know about inserts but for GI @PinballDaze are the best. The light distribution is fantastic.

What LED's does Phil/PH sell as that where I get all mine from. Never had a problem with flicker..

Buuuuuurn all LEDs. Except, maybe, for GI and even then they better be well chosen and not a smorgasbord of random, extra-bright colours just because people could.

Some full LED jobs are tastefully done with frosted, not eye-searing LEDs, and have proper anti-ghosting, anti-strobing properties but I've seen more without sadly, and it hugely detracts.
