TAF thing eject hole switch

The switch in the thing scoop on my TAF is knackered. It's coming up as an error and doesn't register when I trigger it with my finger or the ball.

Is it simply a case of swapping the switch out? There are no loose connections that I can see. Do switches just break of their own accord sometimes?

I'm also having trouble finding that little assembly for sale anywhere on the net!

Check for a cracked diode, also check the switch before on the row and column for wire off or diode (cracked diodes can be hard to spot so physically wiggle it)

Yes switches do "go" but make sure you're getting a click when the arm is depressed

Meter on continuity, you can check if the switch is functioning
