I have the misfortune of a domestic supply, 2x commercial supplies and dealing with tenant changeovers.

Today I was told that I will be receiving 200 quid from the government as I do not have subsidised domestic gas and thus rely on unsubsidised kerosene

I was due to have a new commercial three phase meter installed last week. They failed to show in December so gave me £30. Last week the fitter called and aborted the mission when he learnt that it was a three phase supply - so they are sending me another £30 now. Last October I got an electricity bill for £190,000 on a building with a £5 a month DD despite sending readings, emails, calls etc

It is a complete joke, top to bottom. This is Soviet Union level crazy
