I need a new backglass lift trim for my Bally GOLD BALL and I spotted that Pinball Centre do one in gold, which I thought might look kinda snazzy:

Thought it prudent to double check the length. All my Bally backglass are 28.5" or about 723mm. They replied to say the strips are 65omm long. The part number on the listing says Williams / Bally Part No.: 3-8229-1 although the title does state WMS.

What games/era are these parts for?

I measured the glass thickness: 0.182" or as near to 3/16" as makes no difference.

Decided to do a little research on Marco. Their website really is an excellent parts cross-reference. Looks as though I need one of these:

The other option is this.

But that is for 1/8" glass, about 3mm. Both are for 28.5" wide backglasses.

Have to admit as nice as gold might be for GOLD BALL I think I prefer the solidity of a steel lift channel.
