Spike PSU fans

Connector is the same as some PC psu ones, found a couple in my box of cables and pin out spec in manual, two ground and one 12v

80mm/120mm Noctua fans on all the time make no real noise but don’t totally eliminate internal fan coming on occasionally. They are probably drawing air from around rather than though the psu (which seems to have no obvious air inlet??)

ok folks, fans have arrived. Will be in touch on payment and shipping out. Got hit for £28 tax as Vic marked it at $100 value...

So each fan comes in at £12.45 plus postage to you.

I'll be in touch with you individually to get your email details for PayPal invoices with shipping costs which I guess is £3 at max.

Cheers,
Neil.

yes I got you one for IMDN mate. This doesn't work with GB.

If anyone missed out on this and wants any of the Spike fans, let me know by Monday as I'm ordering some of his coloured inserts and can combine the shipping.

So I installed one of these into my GOTG.

Holy **** what a difference - Stern for the love of god please install these.

Only thing in doing this was I had to crank the heating up to make sure it was working and you have to keep checking it with your hand until you feel it on its so freaking quiet.

I bought a fair few, with the connectors/crimp bit, as was going to make them.

Then I realised crimping is very difficult to do....

So, I bought the ready made ones.

Anyway got 4 of the 'build yourself versions'.

Exactly the same as Vireland, but you have to make them.

Will sell at bargain price of £5 each plus £1 p&p.

Can't remember what they cost, except it was more than this!

So, anyone who knows how to crimp properly, here you go:D
