I'm having problems with an ID4 pinball machine, its CPU seriously damaged by battery leakage.

Is this code verified on a working pinball machine ?

My friend ( who has the burning device for the chip) said that XA0 is wrongly configured as output or something like that.

It has definitely been use in a x-files and NBA - other people have also indicated success, from memory only one person ever told me it didn't work.

no idea what XA0 is when mentioned with GAL chips, it's an ouput pin on some PIC chips (such as pic16F1847) - are you sure your friend is trying to program it into the correct chip - should be a GAL 16V8
