the optical sensors must always be illuminated in red light; in my own the optical sensor on the left of the tomb stone seems to work and has red light, the other two on the head do not work. What should I do? I can fix them somehow?

You can do it. The default high scores are in the adjustments menu and you can adjust them lower. When your done adjusting them all down you have to reset high scores. To reset high scores, select reset high scores in menus or just hold the enter button down for 5 seconds in attract mode...
