Hmm, if you're just talking a few graphics and sound bytes then there's quite a few more - a few off the top of my head:

No Fear - Skull pops up and says "again" in JM, MM and AFM.
TAF - "Cousin It" noise in TZ plus "Greed" comment.

In fact looking at Cows and Easter eggs reveals a lot more in references in TZ and several other games like congo...
