Random small scores

Hi guys. What am I overlooking here?

On my stern Star Trek every nth flip will award a small score of 50-150 points. Almost as is a target or pop bumper had been hit

However, in switch test nothing is showing apart from the flipper switches no matter how many times they are pressed.

Shaking the table or banging on the playfield doesn’t cause any switches to be triggered.

Any clues?

Is the nth consistent? i.e. multiples of X

Have you tried playing the game in Pinball Arcade to see if the behaviour is replicated there?

Perhaps the Spinner resting halfway then eventually dropping to rest to add the extra points?

are you doing the test with the lock bar on?
