Ramp Issue on Black Rose

Hey everyone

I hope you are all well!

I wondered if anyone had any advice for an issue I am having with my black Rose machine.

When the ball goes round the whirlpool and travels along the wire form that crosses the play field, if going fast falls off.

I have attached pictures and not sure if there’s any adjustment I can make?

If it goes slow, it doesn’t do it.

Any ideas? It seems getting a new wire form is out of the question.

Looks like the corner of the ball wire has flayed out over time (due to thousands of balls hitting it) and needs bending back in slightly.

I’ve make an adjustment to the ramp and it’s much much better.
