Question for the electricians

I am no electrician, but yes. Your ring main circuit will have loads of sockets on it
 
There should be 2x 2.5mm twin plus earth cables there. That is what the ring main is.

If so, you are fine.
 
The ring main is meant to be a ring of cables. So if you imagine a circle going to each socket in your house. Each socket is connected to the ring by two cables.

Crudely it means that the current can flow anti clockwise or clockwise into each and every socket.

You have a breaker on the ring main that should limit total current to 32 amps regardless of which sockets are in use.
