I live in Scarborough and was thinking when out with my son last night.
We look at the price of Pinballs and yesI agree they are expensive toys but how much must some of the new arcade machines be.
Some are 16 feet tall, multiple screens and this is only a few of them guessing some of them must be £50k plus.
It shows that our biggest where most of these pictures are taken are all ticket redemption machines very few slots but still plenty of 2p pushers.

I have never seen that mission impossible before that's pretty cool

Eye watering on some of them but they earn money

They depreciate a lot quicker too . So did pinball . When they made proper money commercially. Weird that.

An operator told me his favorite ever game was bally space invaders. cost 1k new . some out on site made that back in 2 months. Addams Family was 2500 new and took 4 months to make that back. He said no 2 other pinball games had ever come close to that. glad hes not in the game now . godzilla 8k. sits in a pub making £20 a week. BUT it would hold value.

I go to EAG each year. Get to play all the latest Arcade games for free, so sit there and complete them all…

Yeah the games like F&F are £30K+
Mario Kart GP - ranged from around £15k for 1 single to £85K for a bank of 6.

They are probably a lot more reliable than a pinball and at £1per play - to do 1 race track, the game is limited time wise and can take more money.
