pirates of the Caribbean - problem with save settings

In my pirates of the Caribbean pinball the problem is it does not save the settings I make, like the free play, etc ... every time it closes makes a reset settings. there is no battery problem because the scores saves them normally. What it can be?

I had similar on Stern indi Jones, I changed the small round battery and all was well. Try that first. Cheers, Jon

check for corrosion around battery terminals and cold solder joints.
