Anyone done this, the vehicle is huge, but I'm not sure one will fit without removing the headbox, which I'd rather not do.

We have the usual large enclosed cab, not the sporty one or whatever. It usually pulls my wife's horsebox.

Sorry don’t know but I wondered this also as we have a few at work but looking at it - I think it would be tight. It would fit in the horse box :)

Yeah I figured that. It's bad enough reversing an L200 let alone with a horse box on the back. Plus I don't fancy a pin ponging of horses!
 
I've loaded a B/W into a double cab L200, it just fit length ways, so a gun handle may have to come off
 
Can't comment on l200 but I can get one in a Ranger. The only problem is lifting in is a 2 man job. Headbox fits no problems.
