Picked this up pretty local I suspect it was bought a fair few years ago from an op or e bay then it’s just been played till in eventually died kids grown up and novelty worn off so sold on to me overall looks pretty good no playfield wear all board good I suspect the backbox has been dropped on the glass due to the dents in the side rails and glass in the cab
Few things I noticed already display gassed out worn bumper skirt wrong posts etc etc I will address all this in the log as I go along

Gofers is a great game. I'm really enjoying mine as I just refurbed the bumpers and flippers. You really do need strong flippers on this game.
The Gofer shots are just great - 3 different shots in 1. Ramp up/ramp down/Gofer. Some great call outs too - the Gofers are really hard on you if you miss a shot - "Even Bud could shoot better than that!" "The only good Golfer is a dead golfer!"
There are not a lot of these about - a Chris B refurbed one would be very desirable indeed.

F**k me Chris you don't hang about! That's probably the fatest playfield strip I've seen!

About an hour and 20 mins to strip doesn’t take that long due to a few things
1 I use a drill with a nut driver in speeds things up massively
2 I have 100s of pics on file of this game as I have done one before
3 on wpc95 games all the coils have crimp connectors on so plug and play speeds things up
On the top end super mint stuff I do I have over a day soldering in new targets switches and mechs and some burned fingers at the end of the day

Top side of playfield foam cleaned I am out of t cut so can’t do anything else on top side today
Hey Chris, that's looking ace so far! Are there any cleaning techniques you'd recommend for particularly stubborn marks please? Been cleaning up an IJ with Novus 1 Clean and Shine and mill wipes but there's still some patches of dirt that aren't lifting/feels like they're slightly in indentations on the playfield?

Novus 1 is really just for polishing plastics.

Foam cleaner and Novus 2 usually shifts most dirt.

Ace! Thank you. Silly one maybe but is it alright to use foam cleaner without removing all the vitals from underneath the playfield? Just wondering if it expands loads and goes everywhere? Or could you spray it on a cloth first and use in a targeted area?

On the top side of playfield I use foam cleaner first
Then a quick t cut to lift all the dirt
Then another intense t cut to bring back a mega shine
Then a wax with autogleam to lock in the shine
On the underside I use tfr in a spray bottle to clean the wires and insert
