Newbie fail of the month

Appropriately on April Fools.

Trying to wire up a backbox for a System 11 (F14) after transporting it in two pieces, and didn't take pictures because I'm too hardcore or something like that.

I went absolutely nuts for about two hours wondering why nothing lined up at all and I couldn't find homes for all the connectors...

...was trying to wire everything up while the alphanumeric display + speakers are a couple of feet away.

time for bed, clearly too late for me to do any of this right.

"Wires oh, those must go there...." Power + nothing... blown hidden fuse. Man, what a dumbass!

Yep! Pleased as hell with it - lots to do on it but in places that I call 'easy'

Yep, there's a shop log thread pending... I've got a lot of laughs to share in photos... some of the things that have happened to this poor machine had me laughing for minutes
