In Progress Midway / Williams Hot Shot Basketball

Bought this game from Facebook for £150 with a unknown fault. Built using the same WPC pinball boardset and DMD display as Addams family. Seems to be a hybrid between a pinball and redemption machine.

I have never seen one in the UK before, so if anyone has one for sale/trade I wouldn’t mind another one so I can have two linked. I believe you can link up to four games together.

First power on update coming tomorrow.

After replacing the leaking C2 capacitor on the power driver board and rebuilding some corroded traces, I now have a fully working Hot Shot basketball game! Fortunately the leaking batteries didn’t leak that far. I definitely plan on replacing the battery holder once the replacement arrives.

Hidden away at the bottom of the cabinet I found a couple of goodies and the original manual which is a bonus.
