So I got a MET Pro LED (2017) and as usual I find it hard to look at a standard pro and began modding it.

First up was the led-ocd which I find necessary because they flick and flash so much with leds in.

Anyway as part of putting one in, I removed the bridge boards in the insert connectors left bottom of the psu board, anyone know what they are supposed to do? I’m assuming some smoothing of some sort but the led ocd handles it way better.

They make a SAM system work better with LEDs, as when it was created LEDs weren’t the standard. No ghosting or flicker. LED OCD does that for you, so no need for both.

No, there was a big difference, I guess they were better than no LED-OCD, but it was maybe only just :) Took them out entirely.
