The original was mylar, but got chewed up (mine is actually still OK) and caused balls to get stuck.

You have to bear in mind you cannot cut anything based on PVC it’s releases extremely toxic smoke that can not only kill you but also corrodes everything inside and destroys the bearings ect.
PETG is ok as it’s most other non PVC based materials.
im guessing if you wanted made out of something substantial it would have to at least 0.5mm like HIPs (high impact polystyrene) which I use in 1mm form as the backing to my signs.
If anyone has any ideas I’m willing to give them a go.
