I used someone local to me. In Hall Green Birmingham - but they have other outlets.

The USA guy had to pallet it up - with a heat treated pallet (could of been fire treated pallet). Apparantly you can insure the jukebox going up in flames and setting the aircraft on fire but not the pallet.

The pinball ones that are used by Stern, JJP etc are fire treated.
Took 2 days to get over.
1 day in customs.
Was less than £800 but of course I got import duties.
This was air freight.
