Hi Jamie,
Looks a nice machine...FYI. We just repaired one for a customer who's request was "just get everything working don't bother with anything else". Which we did. And here's the point...it's not a patch on yours!? .he asked me how much it was worth so I said £1600 in this condition tops!....so following my expert advice he put it on eBay for £2995 and got £2475 for it I was stunned!......

Open to offers otherwise it will go on eBay this weekend.

Pinballinfo can be a good place for a clean sale to a geek. But you access a much wider pool of buyers on gumtree and the bay.

Thanks for the info Keith, that’s very interesting!

You’re right David, if no one bites by the weekend it will go on the bay and gumtree.

Decided to keep this but new games incoming and lack of space means it’s back up for sale.

Let me know if you want any more pictures or info.

I bet this would sell fairly quickly here in Sweden. The prices are crazy over here. If you don't mind shipping overseas i can see what kind of bite i get if you'd like. I see it's been up for some time..

I need to put it on a pallet for shipping to Southampton anyway so that isn’t an issue. Would they sort shipping from the Southampton depot to Sweden?
Send me a pm if you like thanks mate.

Back up for sale as a mini project!

I’ve had a last minute nightmare with this. Moved it last night to get better access to the ramp up/down mechanism which was going out of line after a few games and inadvertadly knocked one of the wires off the CPU battery pack. Soldered it back on and now I’m getting a “Gnd Short Row 1 Is Stuck Closed” error.

I’ve tried resoldering the battery pack.
Inspected the CPU for a rogue solder blob.
Tried removing J206.
Checked all the swiches in that row.

I was up late scratching my head but nothing has worked unfortunately and I’m out of time.

So the two senarios I can see are:

Worst case it needs a new CPU wich is £170 from Phil and maybe an hour or two to fit it and sort out the ramp up/down.

Best case there’s something simple I’ve missed and it might take an hour or two to fix it and the ramp up/down.

This is being collected this evening and it needs to go as I’m out of space.

It will be in the UK Saturday along with the other pins I’ve sold recently and Martin will be collecting them next week.

£1,500 takes it.

Cheers,

Jamie
