Found it! Hex stand off post 3/4” female both ends

Has anyone got item above as my jaws has the wrong size of 1 1/2 fitted as confirmed by stern so ball gets stuck on the ramp
Happy to pay post and for part of course as stern is 2-3 week wait
Or anyone know a shop that has one in uk
