General illumination problem

Good Afternoon everyone I wonder if any one can help with this?
I have had a General illumination problem its been intermittent and hard to pin down. The only thing that seems consistent is that when you turn the table on from cold all the illumination is fine and after a short while some of it goes off.
I have tried to find any loose connections but have been unsuccessful but I have found this burn/scorch mark on one of the connections to the board, would anyone have any idea as to its cause? Would I be right in thinking that it could be caused by loose connections causing arching? Does this even occur at these voltages?
Any help would be gratefully received

Very common you need to renew the plug and the pins on the board. Switching to led GI will reduce the current draw on that connector as it does get hot
