Fuse advice

A fuse has blown on my Stern machine. It's a 4A slow blow. I don't have a 4A fuse but do have 3A & 5A. Is it safer to replace with a 3A or 5A? Or not safe at all!!

It's safe with a 3a but may just blow again.

Never over fuse!

Also worth saying - if you LED up a game certain fuses can be down rated.
